Our History

Established in 1964 in Gallarate, TPS Group is now one of the most prominent Italian providers of technical services for the aerospace, automotive, defense, oil & gas, and ropeway systems industries. With 13 locations in Italy and 4 abroad, TPS Group places strong emphasis on human capital — today relying on a team of over 670 specialists — and on innovation, investing 2.5% of its annual revenue in research and development.

The Group’s industrial integrity, shared ethical values, and reliable management systems led to the achievement of Borsa Italiana’s ELITE certification in November 2016. Just a few months later, on March 28, 2017, TPS Group was listed on the AIM market of Borsa Italiana.
